Adam Kramer and John Noble present the new Golden Tee leagues tool named ‘Run IT.’
Developed over time with operator input, it aims to enhance league management and player engagement.
The tool allows operators to create leagues and seasons with customizable branding, set play windows, select cabinets, and manage teams and schedules with flexibility, including handicap options and substitutes.
Players can create teams, join leagues, and receive notifications via the platform. Promotional features enable advertising leagues on game cabinets and external websites.
The rollout is staged, with the initial beta release on October 27 including core league functions but excluding financial components like dues and prize pools, which will be added later after legal and quality assurance considerations.
The system supports messaging between operators and players and plans to incorporate reminders and more dashboard features.
While exclusive to Golden Tee PGA Tour 2026 cabinets, there is interest in expanding to other games and formats, including singles play and skins.
Financial features will allow operators to collect dues and fees through the system without IT taking a cut, ensuring fully funded prize pools.
The team emphasized simplicity, operator control, and responsiveness to feedback, with ongoing development planned to refine and expand the tool’s capabilities.
Operators can now log in to the new tool and begin crafting their own custom Golden Tee leagues!
