(February 20, 2024 – LINCOLNSHIRE, IL) Incredible Technologies, creator of the iconic arcade game Golden Tee Golf, is proud to introduce Score IT, a new user-friendly data collection tool that will help operators generate contests, manage their routes, and increase customer retention.

Inspired by its predecessor FACTS, Score IT is a web-based software application that gives operators access to gameplay statistics and parameters across their Incredible Technologies’ cabinets.

Quick access to this information will allow customers to generate weekly and monthly contests, all while gaining a better understanding of their current player base. The tool will offer up the ability to customize parameters and pick the exact dates in which they choose to pull data from.

“We saw just how powerful FACTS could be from our customers, and we wanted to double down on its success and staying power,” Adam Kramer, President of the Amusement Division at Incredible Technologies said. “Our goal was to make it easier to use, easier to understand and more accessible. With the launch of Score IT, we’re very excited to bring these tools to an expanded audience.”

From holes-in-one to birdies or better to longest drives, Score IT will track every shot of every player who plays an online game on every cabinet. In turn, this data can be used to run monthly contests that can improve gameplay across targeted cabinets. These contests can also be promoted from Score IT, which will allow operators to easily generate promotional screens and update leaderboards to alert players.

The new software application will officially debut at the Amusement Expo in Las Vegas on March 20. Operators are encouraged to visit Incredible Technologies’ booth for a full demonstration of its capabilities.

Although Score IT will launch on Golden Tee Golf, which is celebrating its 35th Anniversary in 2024, it will also be available for use on Silver Strike Bowling shortly after. The popular arcade bowler coupled with the new software will allow operators to track strikes, spares, scoring and more.

“Silver Strike is an incredibly important piece of Score IT, especially as we bring the Arcade Collection online in the coming months,” Kramer added. “This will be a precursor to leagues and other tools we hope to roll out in the not-too-distant future.”

Score IT will serve as the first critical piece of Incredible Technologies’ “Promote IT” initiative. Current tools such as Loyalty Reports and Operator Services will enjoy enhancements in the months ahead, while additional applications are also being planned.
